Will it hurt? Or what if it hurts more than expected?
Deep tissue is exactly what it says it is… deep pressure so while it may be a little tender it should not hurt. Communication with your therapist is essential for proper bodywork. Please always tell your therapist if the pressure is too much and your therapist will walk you through the work going at your body’s speed.
Is deep tissue a full body?
While we can give a full body in an hour, it isn’t always enough time to fully work through specific issues that you may be having. We can massage your entire body but the “deep tissue” part is limited to one specific area usually.
Can I have deep tissue for one area and Swedish for the rest?
Yes! We gear each massage towards the needs of your body at that time.

What if the door is locked?
We currently do not have a receptionist so when we are in session we lock doors for safety reasons. If you arrive and the doors are locked, please call us or text us to let us know you stopped by. If you have an appointment, we will be with you shortly. just relax on one of the chairs outside.
Do you have showers?
No, we do not at this time.
Do we offer spa amenities?
We offer an infrared sauna that can be used before or after a massage for an additional charge.
