If you have never been to a spa or a place that offers body work you may be a little overwhelmed at how things work. We would like to let you know what to expect during your visit here with us so you can fully relax and unwind.

When walking in to our studio, please speak softly. Start to calm your thoughts and start to enter into a relaxed state of mind. Your practice will thank you!


Please arrive to your class at least 10 minutes prior to the start. This will give you plenty of time to fill out new client forms and prepare your space for class.


If you cannot make it until the start time of class, still come! Better late than never! (It has been said that the hardest part of yoga classes are showing up!) If you arrive after the start of class, please be quiet as to not disrupt the other students.


We lock our studio doors about 10 minutes after class, so try to make it before then!


We would prefer if you left your cell phone in the car or in the cubbies but if you need to have it next to you, please make sure it is on silent as to not disrupt the class!


If you need to leave early, please let the instructor know before class, she will help you maneuver this as easiest as possible!


If you are recovering from an injury or have pain in any area, please tell your instructor at the start of class. They will be able to help modify the moves so you do not injure yourself further. This also goes for anyone expecting a baby!


We try our best to keep our prop shelves clean and in order for your ease of use, we appreciate your help with this! If using a studio mat, please clean and wipe it off with the supplied cleaners!


Above all, we want you to enjoy your practice and honor where you are at! This is not a place for your ego or judgment.
